Gina oversees the overall health and day-to-day operations at Madison Rose with a mind for detail and an eye for talent.
From onboarding new associates to managing payroll and handling contracts, she keeps the team running. She started off as an administrator turned Assistant Property Manager for a 245K square foot, Class A office building in downtown Chicago. In addition to coordinating backend operations and vendor relationships, she's well-seasoned in the art of tenant services. She's overseen a diverse portfolio of properties and tenants, including street level urban retail to mixed use office and suburban shopping malls.
Gina is also a mother, community-builder and advocate for families coping with crisis. She serves on the board for the Midwest Children's Brain Tumor Center at Advocate Hospital. When she's not raising funds or keeping the lights on, she enjoys traveling with her family to Montana. She holds a real estate license and a BA from the University of Arizona.
