She oversees operations, financial strategy, team alignment, and Madison Rose’s internal operating system, ensuring the firm can grow sustainably while preserving the elevated service experience clients expect.
Beyond her work at Madison Rose, Chris is committed to philanthropic leadership. She serves on the National Board of Bernie’s Book Bank, where she is tapped for her expertise in operational scaling as the organization expands from its flagship site to a multi-location national footprint.
A Chicago native, Chris lives in Wilmette with her husband, two teenagers, and their yellow lab. She is energized by helping strong leaders build organizations that can carry their next stage of growth.
